Language models are downloaded separately by Google ML Kit, with your consent. They are not hosted here. Review translated meaning; machine translation can be wrong.
Offline voice
Your Android TTS engine supplies installed voices. Offline speaking is available only when a suitable non-network voice is installed for the selected language.

Base is the balanced starting point. Small is an optional accuracy-oriented alternative with higher memory and processing cost—not a Thai-quality guarantee. Device performance and end-to-end offline readiness must be checked in the app.
